Mô tả công việc

•  Develop and expand the Chinese market and other potential export markets, particularly for tropical fruits like durian, seafood, and other agricultural products.
•  Manage and optimize relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
•  Achieve sales targets, conduct market research, and provide feedback on product market demand.
•  Update client orders and sales progress in a timely manner.
•  Negotiate business terms with clients in China, sign contracts, and manage product delivery and transportation matters.
•  Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments from clients and follow up on overdue accounts.
•  Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely exports that meet customer requirements, especially using land transportation.
•  Familiar with export logistics, especially land transportation, to optimize logistics efficiency and cost control.
•  Integrate supplier resources, coordinate transportation and customs clearance processes, and provide customized logistics solutions.
•  Ensure timely and successful delivery of products to customers while maintaining high-quality service standards.
•  Maintain strong knowledge of export trade processes, including customs documentation, regulations, and procedures in both Vietnam and China.
•  Ensure compliance with customs regulations and adjust strategies according to policy changes to avoid delays and additional costs.
•  Stay updated on market and regulatory changes, adapting the export strategies to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.


Yêu cầu công việc

•  Education : A bachelor’s degree or higher in international trade, marketing, agriculture, business management, or a related field is preferred.
•  Professional Knowledge :   Familiar with related export process&Customs Policy Compliance ,logistics procedures and vendor resources, good at sales 
•  Working Experience  :  At least 3 years of experience in the export sales of fruits, seafood, or agricultural products or in a related field. Experience in the Chinese •  market is preferred.

•  Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese clients.
•  Excellent market analysis skills and the ability to quickly understand and adapt to market dynamics in China.
•  Strong negotiation skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
•  Familiar with land transportation logistics and the ability to develop the most suitable logistics solutions based on customer needs.
•  Strong resource integration skills to coordinate logistics, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, providing customized services.
•  Familiar with export trade processes and customs policies in both Vietnam and China, with the ability to adapt to regulatory changes quickly.
•  Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
•  Team player with a customer service mindset.

- Others :

•  Ability to communicate across cultures and adapt to the dynamic international market environment.
•  Proficiency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is required,Chinese is preferred.
