• Female or Male, under 27 years old, with a professional appearance
• Strong English communication skills; possessing an English certificate (TOEIC/IELTS) is a plus
• College graduate or higher
• Experience in a five-star hotel environment is an advantage
• Fresh graduates who are eager to work in a stable, professional five-star hotel setting are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts
